Academic's meat supply chain expertise features on BBC's Farming Today

The BBC's Farming Today programme discussed labour shortages in the meat supply chain this morning - with Harper Adams academic Martin Anderson lending his expertise.
As well as his role as a Senior Lecturer in Food Science and Management, Martin has held a number of different roles across the sector with leading companies.
During his interview, he explained the interwoven factors which are currently affecting the industry - and how the current labour gap in these skilled roles could be filled.
